Luke Brown has been selling GSE for over 5 years, including the last 2 with Mallaghan. He has worked with many customers across the globe to find the right solutions for PRM passengers at each unique airport operation. Prior to selling GSE, Brown sold tickets for professional sports teams where he was tasked with finding the best possible seats for people with reduced mobility. Although his industry has changed over time, the goal to provide access for people with reduced mobility has remained the same.
