GHI’s Americas Conference is the premier networking event for ground handlers, airlines, airports and suppliers. It is open to any professionals from the ground handling industry.

NO. You won’t be able to participate virtually, this includes viewing conference content. We know the value in the Americas GHI Conference is the physical presence of our speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and delegates and we are delighted to be able to welcome you to Toronto.

The fee includes three days’ of conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, networking events (incl. delegate dinner) and access to GHI’s premium One-to-One Meeting planner including access to the delegate list. Hotel rooms are not included in the delegate fee.

We can accept last minute bookings, however to take advantage of the One-to-One Meeting opportunities, it is recommended that you sign up as early as possible as some attendees’ schedules become full.

Once you are registered you will be sent login details for the delegate personal page. Here you can request and accept meetings with other delegates, view the delegate list including contact details, sign up to conference sessions, enter your flight details and join the networking events.

  3. Start sending meeting requests - You can add a personal note to each invite, set your preferred meeting length (15, 25 or 55 minutes) and you can also appoint a member of your team to be your meeting coordinator. There is no limit to the number of meetings you can request.

You have the power to accept, decline and request as many meetings as you like.

There is no need for you to arrange your meetings – it will be all done for you by GHI's expert team. It could not be easier; we take care of all the scheduling for you as your personal account managers taking into account conference sessions and networking events you wish to attend as well as your arrival and departure flights. A full schedule is sent out 2 weeks before the conference.

The Meeting planner will close for new requests the Friday prior to the conference, however we will continue to schedule meetings when existing requests are accepted. We are still able to handle last minute requests on a case-by-case basis.

GHI’s Conferences provide unparalleled networking opportunities. More than 1,500 One-to-One Meetings are expected at the 8th Americas GHI Conference. We also provide table-top spaces for ad-hoc meetings over the three days. Don’t miss out on our Welcome Party and Delegate Dinner, which provide the opportunity to extend discussions long into the night.

We are able to issue visa letters to all confirmed delegates to help with your visa application, contact conferences@groundhandling.com for more information. GHI is unable to take responsibility for any refused visa applications.

Visa-exempt foreign nationals (excluding U.S. citizens) must apply online for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), ideally prior to booking their flight to Canada. Apply Here

Visa-required foreign nationals must submit fingerprints and a photo (biometrics) to acquire their visa for travel to Canada.
