Marva has been employed in the ground handling industry with Airport Services (Antigua) Ltd for a little over 30 years. Marva began as a passenger services agent and then spent many years as a load control agent and then operations duty officer. In 2006, Marva was promoted to Operations Manager managing the contractual obligations of the ground handling agency to various clients, as well as the day to day management of passenger services, ramp and maintenance teams ensuring a safe and efficient operations.
Marva holds a MSc. International Business from the University of Liverpool class of 2016.
