Driving transformation in how airports, airlines, and service providers manage and deliver assisted services.
With an extensive background in market development, management, and service optimization, William has been instrumental in the market expansion of the Ozion PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) Manager, the industry’s most advanced assisted passenger management platform. By integrating real-time passenger tracking, multi-provider coordination, and operational oversight, the PRM Manager provides a new level of visibility and control, ensuring that every assisted passenger moves through the airport without delays, inefficiencies, or service failures.
William’s approach is rooted in data, process refinement, and a deep understanding of stakeholder needs. As an active listener and strategic problem solver, he engages directly with airport authorities, airlines, and service providers to identify operational challenges and implement solutions that drive both service quality and financial performance.
As the founder of the annual Airport PRM Leadership Conference, William has established the industry’s premier forum for advancing accessibility, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices in aviation's assisted passenger services. His expertise has helped shape discussions on service accountability, resource optimization, and the future of PRM operations in global aviation.
Ozion’s suite of solutions—including PRM Manager, CheckPoint Manager, Handling Manager and FM / Security Force Manager is setting new industry standards, ensuring that vital services are no longer reactive but seamlessly integrated operations.
With his leadership, William is ensuring that assisted passenger services evolve from a regulatory requirement into a cornerstone of operational excellence—where passenger dignity, efficiency, and airport performance align to define the future of air travel.
