Private meeting rooms are the perfect opportunity to host meetings and entertain clients in a spacious area to accommodate large delegates, in the privacy of your own room. After confirmation, we will be working with you to discuss your artwork, additional orders, and food and beverage needs for your meeting room and any bespoke requirements you may have.

1 We provide you with a current delegate list in the run up to the conference so you can see exactly who will be attending. You have the power to accept, decline and request as many meetings as you like and maintain full control over your diary and availability.

2 There is no need for you to arrange your One-to-One Meeting schedule – it will be all done for you, in 15, 25 or 55 minute slots with a private meeting location for your use. It could not be easier; we take care of all the scheduling.

3 Nothing can replace the power of face-to-face interactions. This will be the largest regional gathering of IATA and non-IATA airlines, ground handlers, airports, IT providers and GSE suppliers in a single location.
